Established and managed the Oil Supervisor Unit, served as the Mining and Oil Commissioner and was the Head of the Natural Resources Administration. Yaakov holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the Hebrew University and in Structural Geology from the University of London, and a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds, England.

Roi has vast experience in R&D of Waste to Energy (WtE) and biomass energy projects. Roi is in charge of environmental engineering issues in the partnership. Holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Inbar is an agronomist by profession and one of the leading experts in the country on environmental matters, with many years of experience in managerial activities in the public service and management of interdisciplinary and international activities in the fields of environment and sustainability. Dr. Inbar served as the director-general of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and also served for 20 years in a variety of positions in the ministry: Head of the solid waste division, Senior vice president of infrastructure, and senior vice president of industries. In these positions, he has promoted important environmental matters such as greenhouse reduction ,etc.
Dr. Inbar holds a PhD (with honors) in soil and water sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture, the Hebrew University, and has a scientific background in the fields of chemistry and physics of soil and water

Holds an M.Sc. in Geology as well as an MBA from Ben Gurion University and an M.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. A geologist and mining engineer, with extensive experience in the field of geological surveys, as well as the field of phosphates and oil shales, limestone and other materials. Has 15 years of experience in managing large mines and extensive experience in managing factories and manufacturing sites at Israel Chemicals.
